Ordering and MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by product:

• Singing bowls (15-18 cm): 50 units
• Singing bowls (21 cm): 30 units
• Hemp tees: 120 units (mixed sizes and colours)
• Hemp hoodies: 60 units (mixed sizes and colours)
• Dog chews, small: 200 units
• Dog chews, large: 100 units

Orders below MOQ are sometimes possible at a 15-25% premium -- contact us to discuss.

Can I mix SKUs to reach the MOQ?

Within the same category (e.g., three bowl sizes), yes. Across categories (e.g., bowls and chews), no -- each category has its own MOQ.

How do I place an order?

Use the quote request form or email us. We will confirm pricing, availability, and lead time, then issue a Pro Forma Invoice. Your 30% deposit confirms the order.

Lead Times and Logistics

What are the lead times?

Standard lead times FOB Kathmandu:

• Singing bowls: 35-40 days from PO and deposit
• Hemp clothing: 45-50 days from PO and deposit
• Dog chews: 30 days from PO and deposit

Lead times run from deposit receipt, not PO date.

What Incoterm do you use?

FOB Kathmandu (TIA) by default. CIF to destination port and DAP to your warehouse are available on request. All prices are quoted FOB unless stated otherwise.

Do you ship by air freight?

Yes, for samples and urgent small orders. Air freight cost is quoted separately and does not affect the product price.

How does Nepal export work for landlocked shipments?

Export cargo moves by road from Kathmandu to Kolkata (India) via the Birgunj land crossing, then by sea from Kolkata. Total port-to-vessel time in Kolkata is approximately 8-12 days. We build this into the quoted lead time.

Samples

Can I order samples before committing to a full order?

Yes. Sample quantities are available for all products. A sample fee applies (credited to your first full order). Sample lead time is typically 10-14 days.

What does a sample include?

Samples ship with all compliance documentation: tuning sheets (singing bowls), OEKO-TEX certificate (hemp), or production records (dog chews). You receive exactly what a production unit includes.

Compliance and Documentation

What documents come with every order?

Standard documentation on every shipment:

• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Certificate of Origin (Form A or REX declaration)
• Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
• Product-specific compliance certificates

Can you supply pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek PSI can be arranged at buyer's cost. Allow 3-5 additional days.

Are the singing bowls California Prop 65 compliant?

Yes. The lead-free alloy specification meets Prop 65 thresholds. A declaration is available on request.

Do your dog chews meet USDA APHIS requirements?

Yes. Our production partner is USDA APHIS-recognised for processed dairy products. Current documentation is available on request before your first order.

Payment

What are the payment terms?

30% deposit on PO confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (bank transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).

What currencies do you invoice in?

USD by default. EUR on request. Invoice currency does not affect pricing.

Do you accept credit card payments?

For sample orders (small amounts), yes. For production orders, T/T or LC only.

Returns and Quality

What is your defect policy?

Each batch is inspected before shipment. If defects exceed the agreed tolerance on arrival, we will replace the affected units in the next order or issue a credit note. Contact us with photos and a count within 14 days of receipt.

What is the shelf life of the dog chews?

4 years from production date, vacuum-sealed, ambient storage. No refrigeration required. Production date is printed on each unit.
