ApexVectura supplies full trade documentation with every order -- Certificate of Origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and all product-specific compliance certificates. Below is the reference guide for each product category.

HS Codes by Category

Correct HS classification is your first compliance step. The table below covers all three ApexVectura product lines with US HTS and EU TARIC subheadings and indicative duty rates.

Singing Bowls: RoHS and REACH

All ApexVectura singing bowls use a lead-free seven-metal alloy (Cu, Sn, Fe, Zn, Ag, Au trace). No restricted substances above RoHS thresholds. REACH SVHC screening is performed on each alloy batch.

Hemp Clothing: OEKO-TEX Standard 100

All HC-range garments are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class II) -- the class applicable to garments worn next to skin. The certification covers fabric, thread, labels, and all trims. Certificate article numbers are provided with every order.

• Nepal handicraft export certificate (NEHHBIZ)
• Nepal Certificate of Origin (Form A / REX)

EU buyers: Nepal qualifies for EBA (Everything But Arms) duty preference at 0%. Request the REX (Registered Exporter) number from us before your first shipment to claim this preference.

Himalayan Dog Chews: USDA and FDA

Yak-milk dog chews from Nepal require USDA APHIS import authorisation and FDA food facility registration. Both are maintained and renewed annually.

• USDA APHIS import eligibility letter (current year)
• FDA food facility registration certificate
• ISO 22000 food safety management certificate
• Batch production and testing records
• Nepal Certificate of Origin (Form A / REX)

Key logistics note: the product is ambient shelf-stable for 4 years (vacuum-sealed). No cold chain required.

Incoterms and Documentation

All ApexVectura prices are quoted FOB Kathmandu (TIA) by default. CIF and DAP are available on request. The standard documentation set for every shipment is:

• Commercial invoice (FOB value, quantity, description, HS code)
• Packing list (gross/net weights, dimensions, carton count)
• Certificate of Origin (Form A or REX declaration)
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Product-specific compliance certificates (as above)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you supply a pre-shipment inspection certificate? Yes. Third-party PSI by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek can be arranged at buyer's cost. Allow 3-5 additional days in the lead time.

Do you have an FSVP-compliant supplier for dog chews? Yes. Our production partner maintains FDA FSMA documentation compatible with FSVP requirements for US importers. Contact us to review the supplier verification program documentation.

Can you provide Prop 65 compliance documentation for singing bowls? Yes. The lead-free alloy specification was introduced in 2022 specifically to meet California Prop 65 thresholds. A Prop 65 declaration is available on request.

What currency are invoices issued in? USD by default. EUR on request. Invoice currency does not affect Incoterm or pricing.
